Our products
Extra virgin olive oil
Our olives are hand-harvested and fast processed.
The pressing method preserves the scents and flavors of our land.
Each drop CONTAINS all the antioxidant, aromas and
polyphenols needed for the health and well-being.
The mill we entrust with our olives employs the most modern technologies to ensure the superior quality of our extra virgin olive oil:
- Washing system equipped with olive cooling system
- Air blades designed to dry the olives
- Temperature-controlled knife presses
- Temperature-controlled vertical presses
- Two-stage decanter (without addition of water)
- Airless filtering system
The house
San Miniato, located halfway between Florence and Pisa, can be easily reached from Spazzavento in just 10 minutes.
From here you can comfortably travel to many destinations: Abetone (100 km), Sestola (140 km), Versilia (80 km, mostly on highway), and Piombino (130 km, about 1.5 hours).
From Piombino, you can reach Elba Island in 30 minutes by ferry or even faster by hydrofoil, with the option of private boat trips.
Siena (70 km) and San Gimignano (38 km) are also within easy reach.
The location is strategic thanks to three highway entrances, just 1–7 minutes away.
